What you will be working on
- Oversee HR administration and management functions within 3rd Division Support Command
- Coordinate training programmes and initiatives for National Service personnel
- Manage feedback systems and processes to ensure effective communication channels
- Lead National Service engagement activities and initiatives
Challenge(s)
- Possessing deep understanding and appreciation of Singapore Armed Forces National Service structures, systems, policies and processes
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, organisation and time management skills
- Good knowledge of National Service administration, operations and training
- Ability to have empathy for issues faced by National Service personnel
- Ability to engage National Service personnel fruitfully and effectively
