What you will be working on
- Facilitate the speedy response to the stakeholders for HR and administrative issues in a timely and effective manner
- Identify and manage staffing requirements
- Oversee succession planning and promotion to facilitate a smooth transition of appointment holders
- Serve as the point of contact for NSMen and NS Commanders
- Coordinate with relevant agencies
Challenge(s)
- Sustaining high standards for In Camp Training (ICT) demands
- Staying proactive to meet the administrative and training needs of NSMen
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource, Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in human resource management, administration management or NS engagement is preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
