Assistant Director (NS Relations & Engagement) - Dieppe Barracks

What the role is

You oversee the performance of Human Resource (HR) administration, HR management, training co-ordination, feedback management and active engagement matters within the NS Brigade.

What you will be working on

- Work with respective HR management, HR administration and training agencies within and outside Formation to ensure proper performance of various functions - Ensure operational readiness of unit and positive NS experience for NSmen - Enhance NSmen commitment to defence through effective engagement and management - Develop strategic workforce planning and organisation design - Implement talent management, learning and development, performance management and career development initiatives - Oversee total rewards, industrial and employee relations, values and conduct matters Challenge(s) - Possessing a deep understanding and appreciation of the SAF's NS structures, systems, policies and processes

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in SAF and HR domain - Excellent leadership, decision-making, organisation and time management skills - Knowledge of NS structure, policies, system and processes - Empathy for issues faced by NSmen Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
