The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, supporting both students and staff in their use of technology for educational purposes.

What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of the team, you will:
• Provide IT service support to the school; in the preparation and delivery of full-time, part-time academic modules, outreach, projects and events in RP/SOI. This includes software, hardware, and classroom/laboratory setup, troubleshooting and any other ad-hoc duties during and after office hours.
• Perform all general maintenance of the school IT laboratories
• Managing and monitoring all installed both physical or virtual systems and infrastructure
• Support and participate in events organized by RP and SOI
What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications with working experience in the following areas. Fresh IT graduates will also be considered.
• Managing and maintaining SOI IT infrastructure and ensuring the security and reliability of systems
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing technical support to end-users.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, Microsoft Azure / AWS, Palo Alto, BizSafe Level 2, will be an added advantage.
