What the role is

You are responsible for coordinating the training needs of the military college.

What you will be working on

On this, you work with various parties on the booking of training facilities, vehicular support, and other co-ordinations which ensure the trainings are conducted smoothly. You will be on-site ensuring the setup and preparation for lessons are done. In addition, you assist in organising major college events, monitoring the status of all hazards reported and conducting regular safety checks, as well as managing building defects. Your challenge lies in exercising initiative and resourcefulness in order to be responsive to the requirements of the curriculum.

What we are looking for

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 5 years’ work experience in training coordination or any training-related area. You must also be able to multi-task. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
