What the role is
The successful candidate will be part of our panel studies team to work mainly on the Disability and Inclusion Panel Study (DIPS). DIPS is a longitudinal study on persons with disabilities and their caregivers to support Enabling masterplan 2030.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the development and implementation research projects.
2. Extract, transform and load data from multiple-sources
3. Conduct data analysis to address queries from stakeholders.
4. Prepare and tailor research reports and publications for a range of stakeholders (e.g., academic experts, policy-makers, public).
5. Manage research team in training of research assistants and supervising the collection of longitudinal data
6. Undertake administrative tasks related to the research project.
7. Organise research-related networking and dissemination activities (e.g., seminars, workshops, communities of practice).

Skills Required:
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata)

Experience & Special Certification(s):
• Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, public policy, economics)
• Experience in the social service sector and/or policy work is a plus.
