What you will be working on
- Manage staffing and manning requirements for the NS Brigade
- Resolve NSmen's HR and administrative issues
- Oversee training work plan management
- Administer performance appraisal management processes for NSmen within the Brigade
- Coordinate activity management and engagement initiatives to enhance NSmen experience
Challenge(s)
- Serving as the singular point of contact for all Brigade-related NS work whilst ensuring timely and accurate facilitation of NS administration and training
- Liaising effectively with multiple stakeholders across different agencies and departments
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in HR administration or training coordination is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
