As an account manager to a few public sector agencies, you will be responsible for the following:
• Collaborate within the Team and with other PSD clusters to customise/ co-create solutions across domains of HR, OD and Strategic Planning to solve the agencies’ workforce challenges. You are expected to develop a deep understanding of the agencies’ business and build a strong working relationship with them.
• Provide ground perspectives and insights through your interactions with the agencies, to inform and guide policy development to ensure that PSD continues to deliver effective and responsive policies.
• Provide secretariat support and advice to senior leaders for decision-making on personnel matters for senior civil servants.
• Work with agencies and PSD Quality Service Manager to address queries or feedback raised by public or ex-public officers.
You will also have opportunities to participate in projects within the Team or with other PSD clusters for wider exposure
beyond your core portfolio.
