What the role is
What you will be working on
• To plan and implement workflows and processes, with the use of relevant data and technology, to support the administration of levy-related policies and support schemes to meet policy objectives, e.g. do requirements gathering, system testing
• To review and recommend enhancements to policies, operational processes and customer communications for work productivity and service improvement
• To assess levy-related appeals effectively, including drafting submissions to management, and provide expert advisory on levy matters
• To manage complex/difficult cases escalated by frontline officers and guide junior officers on the appropriate handling of enquiries/requests
• To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors such as managing dashboards and supervising junior officers on the payment reconciliation for unreconciled payments
What we are looking for
• Possess good customer service, communication (written and spoken) and stakeholder management skills
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Be a good team player with a customer-focused mindset and comfortable with figures
• Be able to work independently, proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations
• Be meticulous and resourceful; and able to handle multiple portfolios such as performing ops work, processing reviews, managing projects and implementing system changes
