You will assist in the formulation of Defence Relations (DR) strategies based on the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF)'s objectives, and manage DR engagements with the RSAF's foreign partners.

What you will be working on
- Formulate policy papers and proposals to facilitate decision making processes
- Develop and maintain DR engagements and training partnerships with foreign partners
- Manage bilateral meeting forums
- Assist in DR-related matters for events
Challenge(s):
- Managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding the geopolitical sensitivities as well as the RSAF's interests
What we are looking for
- Education in International Relations, Political Science or a related field
- Prior experience in the field of International Relations is preferred
- Knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous
- Good communication and writing skills
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
