You will be part of a team responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies across MINDEF/SAF’s communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with our organisational goals.

- Create and execute creative strategies for large-scale employee communication - Plan communication frequency and methods - Coordinate with various organisational functions - Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams for employee engagement - Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operations for employee communications - Conduct periodic reviews of internal communication efforts - Collaborate with Whole-of-Government (WOG) and industry communication counterparts Challenge(s) - Adapting to evolving communication landscapes and employee preferences - Incorporating best practices and fostering innovation in strategic communication initiatives

- At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a service delivery or communications role - Service-oriented mindset - Keen interest in applying digital technology to service delivery - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to analyse and gain insights from multiple sources Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
