You will be part of a team that undertakes the planning, implementation and review of MINDEF/SAF's innovation objectives and outcomes.

- At least 6 years of work experience in organisational transformation and innovation fields is preferred - Knowledge in business digitalisation, human-centred design, communications, and change management - Good project and stakeholder management skills - Empathetic approach to problem-solving - Attention to detail - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Ability to facilitate collaborations with colleagues and other public agency officers - Understanding of business and product development principles - Agile mindset and approach to daily work - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
