You are responsible for crafting digital masterplans and support plans for the National Service (NS) domain.

- Serve as the main point of contact for all product teams - Evaluate new digital initiatives for future growth - Translate plans into actionable outcomes, especially in digitalisation Challenge(s) - Balancing NS processes with digital transformation needs - Adapting to rapidly evolving digital technologies and methodologies

- At least 2 years of work experience in digital transformation of business process review is preferred - Good interpersonal and communication skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
