This PTR team seeks to develop an ecosystem of partners and volunteers to promote strong family values and interpersonal relationships among youths in Singapore.
Brief Description of the job
We are seeking dynamic individuals with “can-do” and “think-out-of-box” attitudes. Multi-taskers who enjoy working and excel in a fast-paced environment.
With a strong understanding of the latest youth trends, you will support the team’s efforts in the development of the youth sector through research efforts and partnerships with community and commercial partners. You will also be working on strategy formulation to engage youths, empower them with the necessary mindsets and skillsets to be nurturing resilient individuals as they journey towards building strong families, and a caring society.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Strategic Planning and Partnership Management
• Strategize and plan to develop the youth landscape as part of Singapore’s family ecosystem by sense making and forecasting relevant trends and opportunities by synthesising research and data from multiple sources.
• Work with various partners including government agencies, community and commercial partners on matters relating to youth and family to facilitate evidence-based strategy formulation, planning and decision-making.
• Develop mid to long-term goals and translate to actionable workplans for the MSF Partnerships-Youth team.
• Draw together the formulated strategies, goals and workplans into holistic narratives and plans to present and share with different partners.
What we are looking for
• Dynamic and self-motivated individual with 3-5 years working experience preferably in strategic planning, organisational development and stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, resourceful and innovative with good research and analytical skills
• Able to engage and communicate effectively with different profiles of partners
• Strong written and communications skills
• Able to multitask to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Team player who is comfortable with change and enjoys working in a first-paced environment
