What the role is
What you will be working on
You monitor the communications products and the media landscape in collaboration with other partners from MINDEF. Your challenges lie in identifying potential problem areas and staying informed on the latest developments in the media landscape. You must recognise and swiftly respond to negative sentiments and developing situations, including countering misinformation or misleading information.
What we are looking for
You must have a tertiary qualification in Mass Communications, Data Science, or Data Analytics, preferably with at least 5 years' working experience in the media industry or have experience and expertise in media analysis and public relations. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with basic proficiency in a second language. You must possess good interpersonal skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
