You will take on a functional specialist role for development and implementation of the Branding/Marketing interventions for Skilled Trades SG. This includes creating and reviewing presentation materials and other comms collaterals, to ensure that the branding and messaging for this initiative is clear and compelling for both internal and external stakeholders. One of the key interventions under the professionalizing skilled trades initiative is to develop and implement a national campaign to shape societal mindsets around skilled trades and to develop the ‘Skilled Trades SG’ website – A one-stop portal to raise awareness of skilled trades and build communities of change. You will look after the development of the Skilled Trades SG brand and marketing strategy and implementation, as well as the development of the Skilled Trades SG portal.

• Developing presentation decks and other collaterals to clearly communicate skilled trade initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Ensure coherence in messaging on skilled trades initiatives across various platforms • Develop, implement and grow national branding & marketing campaign, Skilled Trades SG brand • Work with key stakeholders to design and implement a national branding & marketing campaign to shape societal mindsets around skilled trades • Conceptualise and plan the Skilled Trades SG web portal structure and content to be included • Project manage the development and launch of the portal • Conduct maintenance and update of portal and content where needed

• Self-motivated, driven and a “can-do” attitude in managing projects • Strong analytical ability and sense of perspective for policy formulation and implementation • Good at details and adept at working with data • Strong writing and presentation skills to communicate proposals with clarity and confidence • Good people skills to work across divisions, agencies and with a range of stakeholders PWDs are welcome to apply
