Description of Role in PTR
You will be part of the Partnership (PTR) Division to develop and curate content to strengthen families, design and execute communications and engagement plans for family programmes, and work with stakeholders and volunteers to deliver family initiatives. You will help to map the overall strategic direction to drive the Families for Life movement in the community, and nurture a community-based family-friendly support ecosystem across all stages of life. You will plan systemic upstream intervention to build family resilience and develop localised outreach strategies to impact target families through understanding and analysing ground needs. You will also contribute to the development of evidence-based marriage and parenting resources and tools, as a support resource for families.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Set out the overall approach and develop strategies to drive upstream, preventive measures to increase adoption of evidence-based parenting and marriage programmes
• Design, develop and execute plan to operationalise strategies from end-to-end to ensure effective ground implementation
• Work closely with our on-ground stakeholders, partners, volunteers and families from the community to understand the parenting needs of the residents from the regional community, to engage and reach out to them
• Coordinate and track divisional efforts and KPIs to ensure that the larger strategic priorities and outcomes are achieved
• Support the Advisory Panel on Parenting (APOP), comprising experts in different disciplines relating to parenting. This includes organising deep-dive engagement sessions with the members, planning media and outreach efforts featuring members as Third Party Advocates, and working with members to develop content
• Assist to manage overall divisional budget for PTR
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline, preferably majoring in social sciences
• Excellent written, communication, and project management skills
• Strong analytical, qualitative and quantitative, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
• Able to take a broad strategic perspective, without losing sight of ground considerations
• Driven and self-motivated, able to multi-task
• Able to work, engage and communicate well with different internal and external stakeholders
• A team player who is willing to commit to a fast-paced, albeit fulfilling job
