You will:
• Work closely with the various teams in the Community Mediation Unit (CMU) to conduct a service journey mapping to understand different business user needs.
Work with MinLaw’s Information Technology Department and their appointed vendors to:
• Develop strategic plans for information system development aligning organisational objectives.
• Gather and analyse system requirements.
• Ensure that the proposed solutions meet the business needs and align with the strategic goals.
• Oversee the design and architecture of CMU’s information systems.
• Ensure that system designs are scalable, secure and efficient.
• Review the coding and development process.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of the developed system.
• Conduct or oversee testing processes to identify and address defects.
• Oversee the deployment of information system into production.
• Coordinate with the said stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new systems.
• Ensure that there is proper documentation of system development processes, design decisions and code.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with system development projects.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

• Candidate with more years of relevant work experience and demonstrated leadership skills may be considered for the Senior Executive role.
Successful candidates will be appointed on a 2-year contract with no renewal.
