Responsibilities • Track and monitor existing program codes and verify valid certification of instructors under National Registry of Coaches (NROC) and National Registry for Exercise Professional (NREP). • Support LTP payment by checking against approved rates and right categories for the LTP programmes (Activities Type and Peak vs Off Peak timing). • Collate, compute and process payment to instructor based on tiered revenue sharing model. • Process refunds and monitor for overcharging and underpaying instructors and participants.

Requirement We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and embrace learning, technology & innovation.   The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Strong writing and communication skills • At least 2 years of experience in contract review / finance and administrative work • Proficiency in Microsoft Office like Excel and Powerpoint, and some experience in using data analytics software e.g., Tableau • Knowledge in the Government procurement policies and GeBIZ system would be advantageous. • Open to work on weekends when required. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12 months temporary contract.
