What the role is

You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

What you will be working on

On this, you contextualise and develop, as well as review, organisational development, organisational learning and conceptual thinking content, targeted at different levels of SAF leaders. You also collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure efficient and effective translation of content into curriculum, lesson plans and learning activities for implementation and delivery. Additionally, you have opportunities to facilitate or teach the related content in programmes and courses.

What we are looking for

You must have postgraduate qualification, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in leadership and management, organisational development, industrial and organisational psychology, applied psychology, knowledge management, learning science, statistical/market research, instructional design, training, or human capital leadership development.
