What the role is

You are responsible for the implementation of Leadership Development (LD) initiatives in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

What you will be working on

- Contextualise, develop, and review organisational development, organisational learning, and conceptual thinking content - Collaborate with internal and external partners to translate content into curriculum, lesson plans, and learning activities - Facilitate or teach related content in programmes and courses - Ensure efficient and effective implementation and delivery of LD initiatives Challenge(s) - Tailoring content for different levels of SAF leaders

What we are looking for

- At least 6 of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Leadership and management, Organisational development, Industrial and organisational psychology, Applied psychology, Knowledge management, Learning science, Statistical/market research, Instructional design, Training or Human capital leadership development - Understanding of leadership development principles and practices - Strong communication and facilitation skills Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
