The Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) Division is responsible for developing the overall operational plans to strengthen and support family through all stages of life. It also oversees transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG.
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate and committed individual to join our Family Life Group as Manager / Senior Manager / Organisational Excellence. The candidate will develop and implement organisational development (OD) plans to shape a continuous and learning culture, enable staff development and better organisational performance.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Conceptualise and develop culture building and change management plans at the organisational level
• Facilitate planning and organizing of initiatives to enhance personal, team and organizational effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis on OD best practices
• Proactively initiate and drive Organisational Development and Improvement projects (eg innovation projects)
• Develop and implement system to recognise staff contributions
• Develop action plans to address issues and challenges faced by staff through feedback channels
• Support the implementation of training roadmap for new and existing staff to enhance their capabilities
What we are looking for
• 3-5 years of experience in OD;
• Tertiary qualification;
• Strong Communication skills, able to interact with, engage and collaborate with different stakeholders;
• Strong facilitation and coordination skills
