We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Projects department in the Development Services Group who will be responsible for providing quantity surveying and contracts services.

• Preparing cost estimates and tenders • Ensuring budgetary control and preparing budget reports • Administrating tenders and contracts • Processing payments, claims and variation orders • Finalising accounts • Providing contractual support to project teams

• Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying • At least 3 years of relevant working experience • Familiarity with Government procurement process is preferred • Possess strong contractual knowledge and have a flair for writing reports • Knowledge of ISO is an advantage • Highly motivated, creative and possess leadership skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently as well as be a team player
