What you will be working on
- Conduct theory and practical lessons for Air Warfare Officer School and Air Traffic Control Flight focusing on Air Traffic Control specialisation, Officer Leadership and Republic of Singapore Air Force Core Values
- Design lessons and assessments
- Plan course schedules and coordinate with stakeholders for availability of learning resources
Execute conduct of Air Warfare Officer (Air Traffic Control) course
- Maintain relevance with new Air Traffic Control operating concepts and adopt new methods into lesson conduct
- Utilise variety of instructional skills, training methodologies and learning pedagogies to create positive learning experiences
- Incorporate technology and innovation to improve effectiveness and efficiency of learning

- Maintaining relevance with new Air Traffic Control operating concepts and adopting new methods into lesson conduct to align with Republic of Singapore Air Force's mission
- Ensuring effective learning through variety of instructional skills, training methodologies and learning pedagogies and creating positive learning experiences and achieving training outcomes
What we are looking for
- Expertise in ATC operations
- Former Air Warfare Officer (Air Traffic Control) with expertise in Air Traffic Control operations
- Proficiency in ATC competency and training-related skill sets
- Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
