You are responsible to School Commander to train officers and officer cadets in Air Warfare Officers (Air Traffic Control) [AWO(ATC)] ab-initio phase by planning, preparing and conducting theory and practical lessons.

- Plan, prepare, and conduct theory and practical lessons for AWO(ATC) training - Stay updated on new operating concepts and ongoing operations development - Achieve training outcomes and provide trainees with quality competency training - Ensure smooth transition of trainees to operations - Upgrade instructional skills and training methodologies - Participate in working committees for key events - Hold concurrent and/or secondary appointments as assigned Challenge(s) - Constantly upgrading instructional skills and training methodologies

- Expertise in ATC operations - Proficiency in ATC competency and training-related skill sets - Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
