You oversee the Safety Management System and safety culture development at the Command level, which includes making scheduled inspections and visits to workplaces and deployment grounds.

- Work with line units and Unit Safety Officers (USOs) to promote open reporting and investigate safety incidents - Supervise development of safety officers - Function as Command's primary interface with the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) Safety Inspectorate Challenge(s) - Maintaining familiarity with safety matters in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), industry, and governmental bodies - Navigating the SAF and DIS organisational networks to establish new working relationships and enhance existing processes

- At least 6 years of working experience, with minimum 3 years in safety or equivalent aspects - Qualifications in Workplace Safety or equivalent field or being qualified ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor with an Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or its equivalent is preferred Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
