[What rhe role is]
We are looking for passionate engineers to join our department as development engineer. You will be working with a team to develop, integrate, test and commission autonomous system and robot solutions for industry and commercial application.

[What you will be working on]

1. Develop robotics and autonomous system technologies/solutions that contribute to strengthening NYP's industry capability.

2. Collaborate with industries and lead industry projects. 

[What we are looking for]

• Software development skills in C/C++ or Python.

• Experience with LINUX.

• Experience with robotics.

• Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 and autonomous system concepts.

• Experience in one or more of the following:

autonomous robot/vehicle/drone, computer vision, LIDAR/point-cloud processing, object tracking, sensor fusion, perception, motion planning and control, robot control and deep learning.

• Relevant qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical or Computer engineering.

• Experience in microcontroller, PCBA or mechanical CAD design is a plus.

• Possess good analytical skills, innovative and proven success in solving problems encountered in projects relevant to robotics and autonomous systems.
