Responsibilities For the role of Finance Refund: • Assist in refunding of E-Wallet Credits • Attend to queries, complaints and feedback relating to refund requests • Perform daily reconciliation of receipts via credit card and PayNow. For the role of Finance General Processing: • Process billings based on ActiveSG booking requests and work on receipting from customers. • Prepare audit schedules for balance sheet items and track deferred revenue through reports. • Support ActiveSG team in corporate booking requests

Requirement We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active and embrace learning, technology & innovation.   The ideal candidate should possess the following: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel • Strong writing and communication skills • At least 2 years of experience in customer service/accounts/finance and administrative work • Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards would be advantageous Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12 months temporary contract.
