The Organisational Development and Transformation Office (“OD-TO”) is responsible for driving sustainable organisational effectiveness in LRWD and our key partners. OD-TO key responsibilities include driving transformation and innovation, conceptualise change management plans to support transformation work, lead staff engagement activities and oversee capability building.

What the role is
What you will be working on
You will play a critical role in LRWD and our key partners’ organisational development and transformation work. Your functions and duties include the following:
Change Management
• Be the change agent and lead in the planning, and design staff engagement plans.
• Oversee, design and co-ordinate internal communications.
• Identify and work with internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
• Support the relevant units in the implementation of change management.
• Responsible for the integration of transformation projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
Facilitate Transformation and Business Process Redesign (“BPR”) projects
• Identify opportunity areas to strengthen innovation culture.
• Conceptualise plans with operations teams on transformation and BPR projects.
• Provide updates to senior management on work streams’ progress.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in project or change management work is an advantage.
• Excellent project management skills and analytical skills to translate high-level strategy into executable plans.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to write clearly.
• Curious, resourceful and enjoys challenges.
• Be independent and self-motivated.
