What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop strategies and action plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of digitalisation for inbound and outbound taxpayer documents
- Oversee and monitor the performance of external vendor(s) responsible for processing inbound and outbound taxpayer documents, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outsourced vendors to manage the processing of inbound and outbound taxpayer documents effectively.
- Manage the disbursement of government payouts through electronic means
- Ensure compliance in accounting and internal control practices and guidelines
- Improve work practices and operational procedures through data analytics and innovation
- Use end user tools (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Python), design thinking and behavioural insights to improve work processes and customer service delivery
- Embrace digitalization at work and co-create solutions with stakeholders
