You are responsible for formulating strategies to communicate the attractiveness of the SAVER-Premium (SP) Fund to members and driving digitalisation projects to enhance member engagement and data analysis capabilities.

- Formulate strategic proposals to communicate the SP Fund's attractiveness, including fund performances and investment choices - Review and implement solutions to enhance member outreach effectiveness and improve member confidence - Collaborate with MINDEF/SAF/Whole-of-Government (WoG) agencies on digitalisation projects for strategic member engagement and data analysis - Maintain SP Fund websites (intranet/internet) and develop content Challenge(s) - Establishing effective communications content and collateral on the SP Fund's attractiveness - Simplifying complexities and articulating thoughts and ideas in simple terms

- Education in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Studies, Communications, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience; relevant experience in policy formulation and data analytics is advantageous - Good communication, writing and analytical skills - Attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft applications Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
