What the role is

1. Office administration
a. Provide secretariat support to management, including managing their schedules and arranging their meetings
b. Provide admin support to the Port Industry Integration Planning Dept, including e-filing of critical admin and project emails and documents
c. Coordinate staff matters within the division
d. Tracking of admin assets within the division
e. Oversee office housekeeping
f. Coordinate submissions to authorities such as BCA etc for building related projects
g. Coordinate regular Next Generation Port Steering Committee and Working Committee meetings

2. Budget coordination and procurement of admin and office supplies for division
a. Coordinate yearly budget preparation
b. Track expenditure
c. Carry out procurement and purchase of items

As an Executive/Senior Executive supporting the Engineering & Project Management Division, you will be overseeing the following duties and responsibilities:

1. Office administration
