What the role is
What you will be working on
• Assist in staff posting processes such as tracking requests, checking on eligibility, putting up submission for approval and issuance of letters to ensure all actions are executed in a timely manner
• Work with other units to ensure staff posting processes run smoothly
• Keep track of membership of staff committees
• Liaise with other agencies to facilitate attachments
• Ensure relevant data are updated timely and accurately
• Manage HR systems usage requests
• Monitor and track on-going HR systems issues
• Maintain HR systems’ access rights
• Work with relevant business process owners and project managers on HR system related matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
What we are looking for
• At least 6 ‘O’ level passes or equivalent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Competent in using MS Office applications like Outlook, Word and Excel
• Competent in using SharePoint
• Self-driven, systematic and meticulous individual
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills
• Able to persevere and work under time pressure
