What the role is

You develop, review and support Human Resource (HR) policies or frameworks related to service schemes and benefits, terms and conditions for overseas postings and missions and Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs)-related issues.

What you will be working on

- Develop and review HR policies and frameworks - Manage terms and conditions for overseas postings and missions - Handle feedback on manpower policies - Provide advice and clarification on HR policies - Undertake projects and studies commissioned by MINDEF/SAF and HR fraternity - Conduct sharing sessions at various HR forums Challenge(s) - Managing diverse feedback on manpower policies - Effectively communicating policies to different levels of the organisation

What we are looking for

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving and conceptualisation abilities - Strong writing and presentation skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
