What you will be working on
- Develop and review HR policies and frameworks
- Manage terms and conditions for overseas postings and missions
- Handle feedback on manpower policies
- Provide advice and clarification on HR policies
- Undertake projects and studies commissioned by MINDEF/SAF and HR fraternity
- Conduct sharing sessions at various HR forums

- Effectively communicating policies to different levels of the organisation
