What the role is
What you will be working on
- Ensure the Army's land are properly governed and used for the intended purpose
- Collaborate and interact with internal and external agencies for land-related issues
- Facilitate access and seek approval for SAF units to train in non-SAF training areas
Challenge(s)
- Being familiar with the National Service (NS) construct and training systems in Singapore
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships
- Having the maturity and acute thinking to safeguard Army's interest in training land
What we are looking for
- Prior experience and knowledge in dealing with Army training (or NS construct) is preferred
- Good communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills
- Ability to working in teams
- Willingness to conduct outfield work and work odd hours occasionally
