What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the team that to drive MinLaw’s digital transformation and build digital capabilities and governance.
You will be involved in:
- Accelerate adoption of digital solutions through conducting technology scanning and sharing of digital solutions and their potential use case to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with business users and technology vendors in the conduct of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilot projects for new digital technologies and solutions with use cases for service and/or compliance.
- Manage the POCs/Pilot projects to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes within scope, schedule, and resources.
- Work closely with WOG, industry players, business users and other relevant stakeholders to review as-is enterprise architecture. Identify any gaps to be addressed in the as-is architecture, taking these into consideration the design of the to-be architecture.
- Manage operational processes, track issues, and assist in estimating resource needs and schedules.
- Plan, manage and deliver projects timely within allocated budget, resources, and scope through effective internal and external stakeholders management.
- Develop clear and impactful presentations with well-constructed narratives and visually accessible content that aid readability and purposeful engagement of stakeholders.

- [Contracting & Outsourced Management] Manage contracts and outsource vendors for the development and operations of digital services.
- [Project Management] Plan and manage the project, its desired outcomes, and ensure alignment of project to the business objectives within agreed parameters of cost, schedule and scope covering development, implementation and/or maintenance; Ensure the appropriate project development methodology is selected based on the project needs; Ensure project risks are addressed and comply with IT governance framework including security and resilience.
- [Agile Methodologies, Tools & Delivery] Make use of Agile methodologies and tools to support iterative and incremental development; Ensures that the stories are vertically slice for the engineering team to develop and conduct interdependencies analysis of these stories.
- Strong planning, executional and project management abilities to oversee multiple projects.
- Prior experience in project management and supervising consulting teams is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to innovate and be creative in problem-solving.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience as a Technical Project Manager, good knowledge of cloud platform and digital technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Good knowledge of Agile delivery and SDLC.
- Good knowledge of user centric design, analytics, and digitalisation skills.
- Knowledge of design thinking and customer journey mapping will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT policies is a plus.
