What the role is

We seek a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to play a pivotal part in shaping IRAS’ future and driving organisation performance.

What you will be working on

• Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): o Work closely with IRAS Management and the Board Audit and Risk Committee in providing oversight and guidance on the management of enterprise risks faced by IRAS across various functions. o Work closely with senior management to identify key risks across the organisation and discuss potential solutions through the formulation and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management strategies and frameworks. o Collaborate with business divisions to assess key risks, develop mitigation plans, and monitor those risks, while fostering a strong and effective risk culture within the organisation. o Represent Singapore internationally on Enterprise Risks for tax administrations. • Performance and Benchmarking: o Refine Key Performance Indicators for the organisation and leverage digital tools to monitor performance. o Analyse performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities for optimisation. • Partnership: Coordinate IRAS’ Sustainability and Social Responsibility Partnership with business divisions. • Digital Workplace: Identify and leverage digital tools, analytics platforms, and technology solutions to enhance strategic planning, performance management and IRAS’ digital workplace.

What we are looking for

• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration both verbally and in writing. • Proficiency in utilising digital tools, analytics platforms, and technology solutions is an advantage. • Self-motivated, resourceful, capable of working both independently and in teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and the agility to respond to changes and developments. • Experience in enterprise risk management, strategic planning or performance management is preferred. • Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
