What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement programmes together with the TIG Centre, to help Singapore companies penetrate overseas markets by identifying growth industries and developing export strategies to support them in establishing a foothold in these markets.
• Work with the TIG Centre to develop, conceptualise, and actualise partnerships with external stakeholders to successfully deliver the programme outcomes.
• Monitor approved programmes under the TIG Centre to ensure that the desired outcomes are met. This includes monitoring of budget utilisation, review of performance indicators, and managing the disbursement of programme grants.
• Carry out studies and prepare management briefs on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the global and local cybersecurity industry.
• Provide secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups and staffing for overseas business missions / outreach / events where necessary.
What we are looking for
Requirements
• Qualification(s) in Business, Economics, Communication or Computer Science.
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in in enterprise development, public policy, or programme / research management.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to distil and summarise complex issues to propose potential solutions.
• Excellent writing, planning and coordination skills, with meticulous follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage a range of internal and external stakeholders across all seniority levels.
