What you will be working on
Responsibilities
You will support the Process Assurance Team from the Sport Infrastructure Group in data collation, data sorting and data mining.
In this role, You will,
• Extract historical cost data from past tender returns and completed construction projects through manual processes.
• Compile cost information from current ongoing construction projects.
• Validate the collected data with the Infrastructure Development project team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to establishing a cost database through systematic data collection.

Job Requirements
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following.
• Experience in data collection and basic tabulation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Methodical approach with ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• 1 to 3 years working experience. Candidates with built environment sector background will have an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues.
• Positive, pro-active and good team player.
• Passion to work in sports industry.

The level of offer will be commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 12 months temporary contract.
