What the role is
What you will be working on
As part of the Security Education (SE) Administration team, you will provide essential support to a key platform in ISD's outreach efforts. In your role, you will:
- monitor/manage inventory stock for office supplies and equipment
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fixed assets
- coordinate with service providers to address issues relating to facilities and office assets
- monitor maintenance and repair schedules of systems and equipment
- monitor delivery of orders
- handle procurement
- track status of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- coordinate logistics for events
- develop and refresh guidelines and practices relating to storage and logistics
- optimise records management through the use of technology
- collaborate with system vendors for effective management of records
What we are looking for
- Diploma, GCE "A" Level, Higher NITEC or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong sense of self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to organise and multi-task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- An eye for detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and SharePoint
