The job holder will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support operational decision-making and policy reviews.

You will be working with both internal and external stakeholders to support data driven policy making and process reviews as subject matter experts of data stored in the Division’s databases and systems. Your key responsibilities include: • Data processing (cleaning, fusing and structuring) and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, and develop and implement dashboards for data analysis and performance monitoring • Analyzing large and complex data sets using statistical software and techniques to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in operational processes and policy reviews • Using data visualization to present analysis results in an easy-to-understand format for stakeholders • Monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of operational processes

• Tertiary qualification in any field • Relevant experience in data analytics and sense-making of both structured and unstructured data. • Experience in handling large datasets and high efficiency with Microsoft Excel • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) • Competency in data query, data mining and visualization tools (e.g. POWERPIVOT, POWERBI, TABLEAU, HYPERION, SQL, SAS, MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL, Qlikview etc) will be preferred • Skilled in RPA or a basic awareness of how machine learning works is an advantage • Team player with an inquisitive mind *PWDs are welcome to apply
