Provide support to the division’s records management team to ensure that records are managed in accordance with the division’s file plan and records retrieval is carried out effectively to meet operational needs.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Ensure effective management of records for the division including performing stock take of physical records and making arrangements for disposal and archival of records
• Prepare records for digitalisation, including performing verification of digitised records
• Prepare and pack records for offsite storage
• Retrieve records required for operational purposes
• Perform other administrative and/or logistical duties as required, such as validating invoices for storage services and overseeing maintenance of record room
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Experience in records management will be advantageous
• Meticulous and organised
• Good time management skills and able to multi-task effectively
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Candidates are required to carry and transport boxes of records
