What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will do the following:
- Conduct interviews and develop policy intelligence and use cases on the challenges surrounding government operations and service delivery.
- Identify best practices in data standards for operations and service delivery in the private sector and other digital governments
- Support user research efforts in identifying agency pain points and mapping them against current GDA offerings.
What we are looking for
Familiar with data, public policy and strong researcher. Confident to work with multi-agency and international stakeholders.
