The Global Innovation Network Division (GIN Division) oversees the Global Innovation Alliance, a key national platform to strengthen R&D and market linkages, for Singapore-based startups and enterprises, to access global innovation hubs and key demand markets.
As part of the GIN Division, you will be working closely with both public and private sector partners to develop and operationalise acceleration programmes and cross-border R&D and co-innovation projects that will support market access, as well as strengthen technology and innovation capabilities for Singapore startups and enterprises.

As part of the Global Innovation Network Division, you will need to:
•    Develop innovation roadmaps in assigned key markets and build relationships with key innovation stakeholders (both government and industry) in overseas markets 
•    Work with international business partners to scope impactful outbound programmes to support Singapore-based enterprises in key markets of interest
•    Review and audit programmes/schemes to ensure alignment with deliverables and policy intent
•    Drive meaningful cross-border R&D projects to build technology capabilities and support market access for Singapore enterprises
•    Undertake data and strategy reviews to ensure programmes and policies are relevant to stakeholder needs
 

•    Independent, resourceful and self-motivated individuals with an interest in working in the startup and innovation space.
•    Recognised degree in Business, or Technology related disciplines with at least two years of relevant working experience. Prior experience in industry development, startup and innovation work would be advantageous.
•    Team player who is meticulous, comfortable with multi-tasking and juggling projects over tight timelines, effective at stakeholder management and engagement, and possess strong writing and critical thinking skills.
•    Willing and able to travel
