Data & Innovation

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights

  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration to improve internal processes

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement AI and data-driven solutions

  • Adept at problem-solving and be able to address challenges related to data analysis and AI implementation

Industry Engagement and Management

  • Engage strategic accounts and engage companies to diagnose gaps and identify opportunities

  • Consult with employers to promote adoption of WSG programmes and progressive human resource practices to address their manpower needs

  • Develop deep understanding of employers' hiring demands and recommend suitable candidate profiles to meet their needs

  • Coordinate with employers on the hiring outcome and monitor closely on the sector hiring demand

  • Analyse industry related information to evaluate and make recommendations for management decision making

[What we are looking for]

Requirements

  • Proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Stata, R, Python, Tableau)

  • Experience in exploring and implementing AI technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and generative AI

  • Relevant experience in industry engagement, account/ project management and/or consultancy roles is a bonus

  • Salary will commensurate with experience
