You will be part of the human resources team responsible for the following roles:

HR Systems & Processes  Review and improve claims processes and payment of allowances and benefits to employees to ensure prompt and accurate payment.  Collaborate with the HR teams to conduct review of HR processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency for the whole of HR and organisation.  Sourcing of solutions that improve users’ experience. This includes enhancing the user experience, improving touch points between systems, HR officers, managers, and employees.  Liaise with vendors on system changes, requirement specifications and testing.  To work closely with various stakeholders to manage the onboarding from current HR system to new HCM. This include: i) Collate change impact assessments from HR process owners ii) Coordinate and document user requirements during the global design and deep dive sessions to finalise design requirements iii) Review design specifications iv) Perform cleansing and correcting of data in preparation for migration v) Manage the mapping and verification of data during data conversion/migration vi) Review test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) vii) Monitor and track project timeline and facilitate the timely sign-off of deliverables viii) Develop communication and training materials ix) Engage and train users x) Provide support and guidance to users during initial implementation phase

 Experience in developing and implementation of HRMIS, rostering & time tracking solution would be preferred  Strong conceptual, operational and systems thinking skills  Strong teamwork and communication skills.  Able to multitask effectively
