What the role is
What you will be working on
- Lead in architecting network alterations to achieve federation goals between cyber ranges and play crucial role in the exercise network design and creation
- Manage cyber range infrastructure for exercises
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create realistic network environments
- Provide technical leadership for building virtual exercise networks using hypervisor and virtualisation solutions (e.g. EXSi, VMware)
Challenge(s)
- Maintaining a strong understanding of cyber security and network engineering
- Staying abreast of new technology developments, such as cloud computing
- Working closely with various stakeholders, Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) agencies, academies, and organisations
- Creating realistic network environments that accurately represent diverse technical and operational characteristics
What we are looking for
- Education in Computer Networking, Computer Science, or Cyber-related field
- Related professional qualifications/certifications is advantageous
- At least 10 years of working experience in IT and cyber environment
- Prior experience in cyber fundamentals and/or work in a cyber-environment
- Strong technical ability in IT and OT Networks and System methodologies
- Robust knowledge of network analysis fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills
