You are responsible for analysing manpower data to support manpower planning and policy formulation for Regulars in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

- Prepare manpower reports for the annual MINDEF/SAF HR Conference - Highlight key recruitment and attrition trends that may require manpower plan and policy intervention - Support the build-up of HR analytics capabilities in the SAF - Work as a business translator to clarify and address HR business questions through data analytics Challenge(s): - Strengthening SAF's ability to recruit and retain personnel - Guiding effective workforce management through data-driven insights

- Education in Engineering, Computing, Operation Research, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics or a related field - Experience with modelling and visualisation software is advantageous - Ability to analyse and interpret data independently - Skills to explain manpower trends logically and rationally in the right contexts (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
