What the role is

You perform technical analysis of cyber artifacts that are of interest to MINDEF/SAF.

What you will be working on

- Research and implement technical solutions to process large datasets and identify current and emerging threats - Produce accurate and coherent technical intelligence reports in support of cyber threat intelligence operations - Train and develop junior engineers Challenge(s) - Developing technical solutions to handle large number of artifacts and implementing efficient triaging algorithms in fast-paced dynamic environment - Considering sophisticated and evolving techniques while factoring time sensitivity and need for rapid analysis - Demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic environment whilst maintaining accuracy in technical intelligence reporting

What we are looking for

- Education in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field - At least 6 years of relevant experience - At least two professional certifications or industry recognised qualifications related to cyber security Understanding of email protocols (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and familiarity with phishing techniques and social engineering tactics - Experience in analysis tools including sandboxing, URL analysis platforms and threat intelligence tools - Knowledge of networking and web technologies - Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills - Resourcefulness and adaptability in fast-paced dynamic environment Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
