What the role is

You will be an ambassador of SID who builds talent pipelines, curates meaningful candidate experiences and positions SID as a choice employer.

What you will be working on

• Stay abreast of market trends and collaborate with key stakeholders to understand staffing needs • Work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to develop effective recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals, source for the right talent and ensure sustainable talent pipelines • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process in a timely manner. This includes, but is not limited to, the strategic sourcing, screening, selection, and interviewing of candidates; preparing remuneration proposals and managing job acceptance confirmation; and onboarding of new hires • Foster strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders and candidates • Adopt data driven approaches to sharpen the selection process and enhance the candidate experience • Participate in outreach activities and promote SID as a choice employer If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: • Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team • Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind • Plan and guide your team’s professional growth, in both general and technical areas • Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: • Experience in candidate management and shaping SID's current and future talent pool • In-depth understanding of market drivers and organisational levers in talent acquisition • Opportunities to enhance interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
