You will lead or work in a team to design and develop SID's digital dissemination platform. Your team's work with a cross-functional group of software engineers and UI/UX designers will help ensure SID delivers relevant and timely insights and assessments to our stakeholders.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and execute SID's digital dissemination platform strategy, aligning it with the organisation's business needs and objectives • Develop a master plan that translates the vision for the digital dissemination platform into a product roadmap and initiatives • Define and help implement project timelines and scope initiatives/tasks • Work closely with designers to conduct user research to identify end users' needs and painpoints for the digital dissemination platform • Work closely with engineers to develop, test and launch platform features to end users If you are in a senior role, in addition to the above, you will need to: • Provide technical and strategic leadership for a team • Design and implement workplace processes, with future trends and needs in mind • Plan and guide your team's professional growth, in both general and technical areas • Build good relations and workflows with internal and external stakeholders • Mentor and develop junior team members to maximise their potential What you will gain: • Enhanced collaboration and communication skills through working within a cross-functional team in a challenging environment • Enhanced planning, project management and problem-solving experience and skills • Deeper understanding and appreciation of Singapore's security domain
